NAPLES, Fla., March 05, 2026 – Developers of Harbour House have announced the selection of R & Co. Designs as the interior design partner for the boutique coastal homes, signaling a strong emphasis on custom-level finishes and curated residential detail rarely seen in mid-rise luxury developments.
According to the design team, the interiors are intended to bridge the gap between the convenience of boutique condominium ease and the bespoke, high-end luxury of a custom single-family estate. The concept centers on creating residences that feel individually curated, combining architectural details, layered materials and functional livability.
Plans call for two distinct design palettes, each built around a coordinated selection of materials such as European white oak flooring, designer plumbing fixtures, custom lighting and specialty mirrors. Designers say the approach allows buyers to select a cohesive aesthetic while maintaining a sense of personalization.
Additional architectural elements include design-forward metal-and-glass doors in select dens to maintain openness while adding structure, as well as unique bar installations featuring arched metal shelving designed as sculptural focal points in certain residences.
Extensive millwork and paneling will be used throughout the homes to introduce depth and texture, while integrated window treatments with concealed shades and drapery systems are intended to maintain clean sightlines and a seamless architectural finish.
Designers are also incorporating mixed-metal detailing — pairing brushed bronze with polished nickel fixtures — to create what they describe as a layered, collected aesthetic
Ceiling treatments are another defining feature, designed to draw the eye upward adding architectural volume and a sense of “permanent” luxury that distinguishes a custom home from a standard residence.
