Authorized Purpose

The Materials — including photographs, renderings, floor plans, videos, written copy, logos, and related marketing content — are supplied exclusively for the purpose of presenting Harbour House to prospective purchasers. Use of these Materials for any unrelated purpose is prohibited.

Ownership of Materials

All Materials are the intellectual property of the Developer and/or its authorized affiliates. They are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Access to the Materials grants limited permission for marketing use only and does not convey ownership or licensing rights.

Accuracy & Brand Representation

Agents may not use the Materials in any manner that:

• Creates inaccurate or misleading representations about Harbour House, including pricing, availability, or features
• Suggests exclusive representation, endorsement, or partnership without written authorization from the Developer
• Alters, edits, or repurposes the Materials in a way that conflicts with Harbour House brand standards or misleads potential buyers

Compliance & Withdrawal of Permission

The Developer retains the right to request removal, correction, or discontinuation of any Materials at any time. Agents agree to comply promptly with such requests across all platforms, whether digital or printed. Usage permission may be revoked at the Developer’s discretion without prior notice.

Accessing or using the Materials confirms acceptance of these terms.
